553 - Conversion Time

I actually got the chance to do some modelling tonight.

Specifically, I 'finished' building my Cromwell CS by converting myself a 95mm Howitzer muzzle brake with a biro.

Hooray!

Are you going to put the Royal Marines naval turret lines on to help the other tanks in the troop line up their shots?

No, mate. It's not a Centaur (it has the hull MG) as 11AD didn't use them. Also, I'm going for an Autumn '44 aesthetic, which is why I also don't give them the super useful Culin blades on the front.

      Plus...

...I couldn't paint that in a thousand years!

    2. For those who care, I have flattened the bottom of the muzzle brake, and at some point I shall replace the clunky antennae too.

  2. Very creative!

Those antennas are rubbish. My T34 suffers from the same malady, though I'm not sure what a T34's proper antenna should look like.
