414 Drax and the Infantile Colour Wheel

Hullo! For those of you who've never met me, please trust me when I say I am genuinely rubbish with colour. Truly.

Luckily I now have technology on my side: this morning, Mrs Drax was showing No.1 Daughter (aged 4) a basic colour wheel:

No.1 Daughter (aged 4) now has a far better understanding than me.

IN HOBBY NEWS...

Three three-hour painting sessions mean that I've now finished all but two of Zzzzzzz's chaos minion! Huzzah! Half term with luck should prove sufficient for me to finish the whole lot of 'em...then my delayed gratification reward will beckon!

Watch this space.

COMING SOON...

Breaking News that broke three days ago and a beach that's no longer a beach.

Yup.

Cheers,

- D.

  3. Hope you're not flooded out mate.

Good to hear about the colour theory - tried to teach my son the same around that age, but he was paying more attention to just drawing in general. Girls learn so much faster at that age...

    1. The village has survived thanks. All train links to the South West past Exeter, mind, have been wrecked!

As for the girls? Man, I just love my kids! Isn't it just smashing being a dad, eh?

    1. You love it.

BTW: Half-term's run out, now, but you'll be pleased to note that I have but half a minion left to finish painting, a second batch of trnsfers to transfer, and the basing to finish.

      C'est tout.
