185 The Dangers of Outside Photography

Boo!
No - really: this is our neighbours' kitten, Boo, who - in between chasing our brave and stately old dog around the garden - has taken an interest in my models. Enjoy the pics.

Exhibit A:
Exhibit B:
And the carnage continues:
I've no idea whether Boo is a boy-cat or a girl-cat, but (s)he's really sweet! I should point out that one of the boys who own Boo also named his guinea-pig 'Bonecrusher'.

Genius.

Until next time, then...

- Drax.

PS: check out the great battle report posted recently by Iron Legion here.

  1. I hope it's not a boy cat and tries to claim your models mate.

Our tom came in one day and sprayed my best mate, I said 'He's made you his bitch!"

  2. I once brought some of my minis & my paints to my sister's house & set up to paint while they were watching TV one evening. Shortly thereafter the kitties were up on the table to see what I was doing, and with just a few swipes of the paw it was guardsmen everywhere! (and the end of my painting session)

  3. Cats and gaming don't mix, my friend. Try rolling some dice near him and see what I mean!

  4. Our two house cats are always trying to get involved in my painting sessions, one seems to take great delight in knocking over my water pot...

  6. I have a similar problem with the dreaded wabbit daemon, aka Benjamin Bunny.

  7. Bonecrusher - brilliant!
Luckily all I have to put up with when painting is the squeaking of guinea pigs wanting attention which isn't too bad.

Glad you liked the battle report, and thanks for the link.

  8. Thanks, chaps.

I have to say, 'Rocket Launcher' is an incredible name for a pet!

When I went away to Cambs. last weekend, I took Dog with me, to give Mrs. Drax less to worry about.

Not a problem...except that our hosts couldn't find their 6x4 board, so we played our game on the floor, frantically trying to keep doggins from destroying the Grim Darkness of the Far Future.

  9. I love that Bio-Titan conversion you've done there, and modelled it so it looks as though its' eating your Officer of the Fleet. Tutorial please?
